personality
Andrée-Anne grew up in Sudbury, ON, where she competed in artistic gymnastics at the provincial level throughout elementary and high school. The sport sparked her fascination with the human body and its ability to recover from injury. After retiring from gymnastics in her early 20s, she shifted to another chalk-covered passion: rock climbing. Today, you’ll almost always find her in the mountains during her spare time—hiking, camping, climbing, or mountain biking. After graduating from university in Ottawa, she moved to Calgary specifically to be closer to the Rockies and the outdoor lifestyle she loves. She believes movement should be enjoyed, not just prescribed, and she brings that philosophy into every treatment session. After all, Life Shouldn’t Hurt… Right?
