personality

Amy grew up in a small farming community called Hays (near Taber). She was active in all types of sports growing up but really fell in love with hockey. With some minor injuries in her hockey career she attended physiotherapy and fell in Love with the profession. She thought it was a great career to be social, active and to be able to help others.  She decided  then in the early years of Jr. High that she would pursue physiotherapy as a career and never really considered anything else.  Amy was fortunate enough to receive the opportunity to pursue collegiate hockey at Lindenwood University while receiving her undergraduate degree. Always wanting to return home to Alberta, her next step was in Edmonton at the University of Alberta followed by a move to Calgary which is now home for over 10 years. Amy Loves to be active with golf, hockey, working out and the odd run. As a massive Oilers fan living in Calgary, she enjoys the rivalry with her Flame fan patients. She enjoys ice cream  spending time with her friends and family and plans to travel the world. Amy looks forward to helping as many people as she can resolve their pain and achieve their movement goals.
