Kat is a born explorer with a passport full of stamps and a bucket list that keeps getting longer. From the bustling streets of Tokyo to the quiet mountains of Argentina, she’s always chasing her next adventure. With a lifelong passion for travel, Kat doesn’t just visit new places, she dives headfirst into the culture, food and thrill of each destination. An athlete at heart, Kat has been playing sports since she was a kid. She’s especially passionate about golf and volleyball, both of which reflect her competitive nature and team-oriented mindset. But what really sets Kat apart? Her fearless spirit. Whether it’s bungee jumping off a cliff or zip lining at the speed of light, she’s always up for an adrenaline rush. For Kat, life is about pushing limits, embracing the unknown, and collecting stories worth telling.

edge

Kat graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, following her earlier training and experience as a massage therapist. With over two decades in the field, Kat brings a well-rounded, results-focused approach to treatment, combining her background in manual therapy with advanced training in acupuncture and dry needling. Her patients often joke about her “oversized thumbs” – a lighthearted nod to her uncanny ability to find and treat sore spots that others might miss. Beyond her clinical expertise, Kat is known for her easygoing nature and fun sense of humor. Her sessions are as much about therapeutic progress as they are about building genuine rapport. Many of her clients return not just for her skill as a physiotherapist, but for the comic relief and encouragement that make every appointment a little brighter.
