edge
Kat graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, following her earlier training and experience as a massage therapist. With over two decades in the field, Kat brings a well-rounded, results-focused approach to treatment, combining her background in manual therapy with advanced training in acupuncture and dry needling. Her patients often joke about her “oversized thumbs” – a lighthearted nod to her uncanny ability to find and treat sore spots that others might miss. Beyond her clinical expertise, Kat is known for her easygoing nature and fun sense of humor. Her sessions are as much about therapeutic progress as they are about building genuine rapport. Many of her clients return not just for her skill as a physiotherapist, but for the comic relief and encouragement that make every appointment a little brighter.
