personality
Growing up in Edmonton, Nolan was always passionate about sports, especially hockey, which he played from the age of five through to his mid twenties. Along the way, he faced a number of injuries that required frequent visits to physiotherapy. These experiences not only helped him stay on the ice, but also left a lasting impression—he was inspired by the physiotherapists’ depth of knowledge and their ability to keep athletes moving and performing.
Nolan’s interest in physiotherapy grew from those early experiences and from his lifelong drive to help others, whether through sharing knowledge, offering support, or finding practical ways to improve people’s lives. He values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s health and wellbeing, and his journey has led him to pursue physiotherapy as a career where he can combine his passion for movement, resilience, and care with his commitment to supporting others.
