personality

Tony grew up in Edmonton with his eyes on the stars, originally dreaming of becoming an astrophysicist to decipher the laws of the universe. However, he soon realized his passion was in the connections he built with those closer to home. His focus on community and his love for movement eventually led him to the University of British Columbia – Okanagan to complete his Bachelor of Human Kinetics. Upon returning home, Tony’s journey with Leading Edge began. He spent several years on the front lines of patient care as a Kinesiologist, Physiotherapy Assistant, and Aquatic Therapist. Witnessing the resilience of his patients firsthand inspired him to take the next step in his clinical evolution, providing the practical foundation for his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

edge

Tony’s perspective is defined by his experience as a Kinesiologist, Aquatic Therapist, and Personal Trainer. Along with his coach’s eye for biomechanics, this comprehensive evolution allowed him to develop his reset, rebuild, and reinforce philosophy. With a background as a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and a BHK from UBC Okanagan, Tony bridges the gap between acute rehab and high-performance training. By resetting pain, rebuilding movement patterns, and reinforcing strength, Tony ensures his patients don’t just recover, they become the best versions of themselves.
